THE MEN OF EAST MAIN conduct services throughout the area on regular basis:
The Westbrooks Towers service is on the fourth Sunday of each month. Jay Pugh is in charge of this service.
Stones River Manor, weekly, on Thursday morning at 9:30 A.M., Wayne Lankford, Speaker.
MONTHLY BUSINESS MEETINGS The East Main Elders
and Deacons meet on the first Monday of each
month for a business meeting. A monthly financial report is
prepared for these meetings and is made available for your
examination. The elders invite you to speak with them if you have
questions concerning this report.
5TH SUNDAY/QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES
In addition to the regularly scheduled services on each 5th Sunday of the year, additional activities take place throughout the day.
1) The men's breakfast meeting provides the men of the congregation an opportunity to meet with the elders and deacons for an informal discussion period. All men are encouraged to attend these quarterly meetings.
2) The Men Of The Congregation conduct the worship hour at 6 P.M on 5th Sundays.
3) A 5th Sunday Covered-Dish Dinner follows the evening worship hour. The entire congregation is encouraged to be a part of this period of fellowship. It's an opportunity to spend time with those who are a part of our church family, particularly those who are new to the congregation. All visitors are welcome to stay.
